BIOS Upgrade

• Check current BIOS:
  systeminfo
  BIOS Version: Dell Inc. A18, 4/28/2016
• Go to Dell Support Drivers & Downloads
• Enter service tag:
• Download latest BIOS
  BIOS 06 Dec 2019
• Close all applications
• Double click to update BIOS

Win10 Upgrade

• Sign in with admin account
• Go to Windows 10 download page
• Click Download tool now
• Double click downloaded MediaCreationTool2004.exe
• Select: Upgrade this PC now
• Follow instruction to upgrade
• After upgrade, confirm product key: Settings > Update and Security > Activation
• Windows is activated with a digital license
• Activate Windows if needed following Activate Windows 10
