Marinade
* Mix in a bowl:
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 3 tablespoon Worcestershire source
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 tablespoon mustard
Prepare Ribs
* Place ribs on aluminum foil, shiny side down
* Generously salt and pepper ribs
* Brush marinade over ribs, meaty side up
* Fold foil to cover
* Marinade 2 hrs at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator
Bake Ribs
* Preheat oven at 250 degrees F
* Place foiled ribs on a baking pan
* Bake for 3 hours
* Broil to golden color
* Garnish and server
