Prepare Marinade
* Mix together in a bowl:
– minced garlic (1 head)
– freshly minced herbs of choice:
rosemary
oregano
thyme
– olive oil (1/2 cup)
– lemon juice (drizzle)
Prepare Lamb Chops
* Paper dry lamb chops
* Cut chops into single bone piece
* Salt and pepper both sides of fresh cut chops
* Mix with marinade and place 2 hr or overnight in refrigerator
Grill
* Grill in high heat
