Ingredients
* Fish: cleaned and chop into 2cm thickness steaks. Bread in flour.
* Skinned and diced:
– one onion
– one clove of garlic
– one tomato
– one carrot
* Ketchup (15g)
* Mixed sauce (15 ml or gram each):
– soy sauce
– black vinegar
– grain sugar
* Starch (30 ml)
Preparation
* Heat up wok with medium heat.
* Add oil and fry fish steak until golden. Drain in paper towel.
* Leave a tablespoon of oil in wok.
* Add onion and garlic. Stir fry until golden.
* Add ketchup, diced tomato and carrot. Stir fry until soft.
* Add mixed sauce. Wait until boil.
* Add starch and wait until boil.
* Pour over fish steak.
* Garnish and server hot.
