Taipei Visit

I recently took a ten day business trip to Taipei, Taiwan. I was pleasant to find an orderly and clean, albeit busy metropolitan city. Among the places I visited are the tourist Town of Danshui, National Palace Museum, Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall, and Taipei 101 the once world’s tallest building. What impressed me the most are the street foods. It seemed that every street corner has plenty tasty varieties of dishes to offer. All the street restaurants I visited are very clean since my sensitive stomach didn’t complain even a bit (it did quite a lot during my visits to mainland China even though I stayed away from street food and only dined in well established restaurants). Services were amazing. Every waiter or waitress seemed genuinely interested in serving you (believe me, you’ll know the fake ones). I do recommend staying away from Indian restaurants in Taipei though unless you have to have Indian food. They are way overpriced and the taste is not authentic in my personal opinion.

Here are some pictures I took at the trip.
