Error message:
The process account used to run ASP.NET must have read access to the IIS metabase (e.g. IIS://servername/W3SVC).
Cause:
ASP.Net and IIS were installed after .Net framework and Visual Studio 2005
Resolution:
Reinstall Visual Studio 2005 with the original disks.
