Prevent JDev from Updating data-sources.xml File

Disable JDev data-sources.xml Bundling

* Navigate to Tools -> Preferences -> Deployment
* Uncheck Bundle Default data-sources.xml During Deployment.

Disable Project Specific data-sources.xml

* Navigate to Application Sources/META-INF directory.
* Right click data-sources.xml and select properties.
* Click Data Sources.
* Deselect all options.
* Click OK.
