Corn Bread with Fresh Corn

* Add following dry ingredients to mixing bowl and mix well:
– 1 cup cornmeal
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup white sugar
– 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder (note: not baking soda)
– 1 teaspoon salt

* Add following wet ingredients to mixing bowl and mix well:
– 2 eggs
– 1/3 cup cooking oil, e.g. olive or avocado oil
– 1 cup milk

* Add following to mixing bowl and mix briefly:
– corn kernels from 2 fresh corn ears
– 1/2 cup blue berries

* Transfer to baking pan

* Bake 30 min at 400 F
