* Candy bits dancing (crystal sugar bits)
* Roll in the pig (to brown)
* Rain down seasons :
– ogg: pencil onion/ginger/garlic
– cbs: cinnamon stick/bay leaf/star anise
– pss: white pepper powder/salt/soy sauce
* Drown the meat (with water) for 1 hour (or until tender)
