Thai Fried Rice

 

Source on the Side

* Mix together:
– 3 tbsp fish source
– 5 chili chopped
– 1/2 lime juice

Ingredients

* 2 garlic, minced
* 5 Thai peppers, minced
* 1/2 white onion, sliced
* 3 green onions, sliced
* 1 green vegetable, chopped or a bunch of green beans, blanched
* Shrimp, de-shelled or beef/pork/chicken, sliced
* Left over cooked rice
* Soy source
* Oyster source
* Sugar
* Fish source

Stir Fry

* Heat up wok
* Add cooking oil
* Add minced garlic until brown
* Add meat and stir fry for 30 seconds
* Add half the rice and stir fry for 30 seconds
* Set all aside of the wok
* Crack in one egg and scramble egg
* Add rest of the rice and stir fry for 30 seconds
* Add and stir fry:
– 1/2 tbsp soy source
– 1/2 tbsp oyster source
– 1/2 tbsp fish source
– pinch of sugar
* Add and stir fry until ready:
– Thai peppers
– vegetable
– onion
– green onions
* Plate and serve together with source

Pour in all rice
Soy, oyster, fish sources and sugar scattering
Pepper, vegi, onion, and green onion joining
