Ingredients
* 1 lb medium to large shrimps.
* 1 piece winter bamboo shoots. Sliced.
* 5 pieces dried shitaki mushroom. Soaked and scored.
* 10 pieces snow peas.
* 3 slices of fresh ginger. Shredded.
* 1 tbsp cooking oil.
* Cooking wine to taste.
* Salt to taste.
* 1 tsp starch in water solution.
Preparation
* Blanch (cook briefly in boiling water) bamboo shoots and mushroom.
* Heat up wok.
* Add cooking oil. Stir fry until golden.
* Add shrimps. Stir fry 2 min.
* Add cooking wine.
* Add bamboo shoots, mushroom, and snow peas. Stir fry 2 min.
* Add salt. Cook for a few min until shrimps are cooked.
* Add startch. Mix.
* Place on plate and server.
