Troubleshooting Oracle TNS Failed to Start Error

Solution

Remove ORACLE_HOME environment variable.

Scenario

I installed 10g Dev Suite on the same XP box where I had 10.2 db previously installed. Now TNSListener service failed to start.

Installation locations:
