I found <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thaitable.com\/Thai\/recipes\/Basil_Eggplant.htm\">this <\/a>recipe on the web. It&#8217;s simple and delicious.<\/p>\n<p>-Cut eggplant into rolling slices (slice, roll, slice, roll and so on).<br \/>\n-Chop chili peppers and garlic into fine pieces (I used 5 pieces each).<br \/>\n-Heat up wok.<br \/>\n-Add generous amount of cooking oil.<br \/>\n-Stir in chopped chili and garlic.<br \/>\n-Stir fry to flavor.<br \/>\n-Add eggplant.<br \/>\n-Stir fry until eggplant slices are soft<br \/>\n-Alternatively<br \/>\n*Stir fry for one minute.<br \/>\n*Add half cup of water.<br \/>\n*Stir and cover wok.<br \/>\n*Let cook until most water evaporates (about 5 minutes).<br \/>\n-Add fish sauce and sugar. Stir fry.<br \/>\n-Stir in basil leaves (I used about ten leaves).
