They pretty much finished the whole fish without leaving any to me ;-(<\/p>\n<p>Shop<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fresh rock fish\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Pencil onion (two)<\/li>\n<li>Ginger<\/li>\n<li>Garlic<\/li>\n<li>Sichuan pepper<\/li>\n<li>Cooking oil<\/li>\n<li>Suger<\/li>\n<li>Chinese bean paste (Do Ban Jiang)<\/li>\n<li>Chicken broth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prepare\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clean one fresh rock fish<\/li>\n<li>Make three deep parallel\u00a0cuts across the fish body on\u00a0both sides\n<ul>\n<li>So that flavor can soak into fish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Slice\u00a0some\u00a0pencil\u00a0onions,<\/li>\n<li>Slice\u00a0some ginger<\/li>\n<li>Mince\u00a0some garlic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cook\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heat up the wok<\/li>\n<li>Add in order\n<ul>\n<li>cooking oil<\/li>\n<li>half portion of sliced pencil onions,<\/li>\n<li>giner<\/li>\n<li>garlic<\/li>\n<li>some Sichan pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Stir until flavor.<\/li>\n<li>Add in order\n<ul>\n<li>a spoonful Chinese bean paste<\/li>\n<li>stir fry until color shows<\/li>\n<li>cooking wine,<\/li>\n<li>some suger<\/li>\n<li>Stir to mix<\/li>\n<li>fish<\/li>\n<li>some chichen broth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Heat\u00a0to boil.<\/li>\n<li>Lower heat to simmer for five minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Turn over fish and continue simmer for five minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add second portion of the sliced pencil onion leaves.<\/li>\n<li>Add\u00a0a sprinkle of sesame oil.<\/li>\n<li>Place on a beautiful plate.<\/li>\n<li>Serve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I cooked\u00a0this dish tonigh and kids love them.
