Devices<\/h3><\/span>\n

* iTouch model MA623LL running IOS 3.1.3.
\n* iPhone model MB702LL running IOS 4.2.1.
\n* iPad model MC820LL running IOS 4.2.1.<\/p>\n

iTouch<\/h3><\/span>\n

This particular iTouch is first generation iTouch. It can not be upgraded to IOS 4 or above. As such, you can sync Gmail but not Google Calendar. You’ll need to add CalDAV account for Calendar syncing.
\n* Got to Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Add Account…<\/strong>
\n* Tap ‘Other’
\n* Tap ‘Add CalDAV Account’
\n* Enter ‘Server’, ‘User Name’, ‘Password’, ‘Description’. For example,
\nServer: www.google.com
\nUser Name: myname@gmail.com
\nPassword: mypass
\nDescription: Google Calendar
\n* Tap ‘Next’ button.
\n* Back to Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars<\/strong>. You should see a new account named Google Calendar. Tap it and then tap Advanced Settings, make sure Use SSL is turned on.<\/p>\n

iPhone and iPad<\/h3><\/span>\n

* Setup for iPhone and iPad are identical.
\n* Got to Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Add Account…<\/strong>
\n* Tap ‘Gmail’ icon.
\n* Enter ‘Name’, ‘Address’, ‘Password’, ‘Description’. The address and password are login info for your Google Calendar account. For example,
\nName: My Google Calendar
\nAddress: myname@gmail.com
\nPassword: mypass
\nDescription: Google Calendar
\n* Tap ‘Next’ button.
\n* Check Calendars are turned on.
\n* Tap ‘Save’ button.<\/p>\n

* Add\/update\/delete calendar events in either Google Calendar, iTouch, iPhone or iPad.
