2 tsp cooking wine<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 tsp salt<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 chopped green onion<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 ginger slices<\/p>\n<span id=\"Cook\"><h2>Cook<\/h2><\/span>\n<p>* Heat up frying pan and add cooking oil<br \/>\n* Fry fish on both sides until brown<br \/>\n* Take out fish and pat dry with napkins<br \/>\n* Pour out oil leave 1 tbsp for stir frying<br \/>\n* Stir fry in following order:<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 diced green onion<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 slices diced ginger roots<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cloves diced garlic<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 diced hot pepper<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 tbsp soy source<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tbsp cooking wine<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 tbsp sugar<br \/>\n* Add 1\/2 cup water and stir<br \/>\n* Add fried fish and cook for 5 min with cover<br \/>\n* Take out fish and place it on plate<br \/>\n* Add to remaining sauce and stir:<br \/>\n&#8211;
