Garlic (5 cloves)<br \/>\n&#8211; Thai chili (5 pieces)<br \/>\n&#8211; Onion (1\/4)<br \/>\n&#8211; Green peppers (5 pieces)<br \/>\n&#8211; Thai basil (2 stalks)<\/p>\n<span id=\"Preparation\"><h2>Preparation<\/h2><\/span>\n<p>* Coat one duck breast with corn starch<br \/>\n* Fry in vegetable oil with skin side down until brown (about 5 min)<br \/>\n* Turn and fry the other side until brown (about 5 min)<br \/>\n* Take duck out and let cool<br \/>\n* Slice into thick slices<br \/>\n* Heat wok and stir fry sliced duck slices<br \/>\n* Add herbs except basil and keep stir frying for about 30 seconds<br \/>\n&#8211; Garlic (5 cloves)<br \/>\n&#8211; Thai chili (5 pieces)<br \/>\n&#8211; Onion (1\/4)<br \/>\n&#8211; Green peppers (5 pieces)<br \/>\n* Add 3 tbsp fish source and keep stir frying for about 30 seconds<br \/>\n* Add basil and keep stir frying for about 30 seconds<br \/>\n* Dissolve 1 tbsp corn starch in water<br \/>\n* Add to thicken<br \/>\n* Plate and server<\/p>\n<span id=\"Story_Line\"><h2>Story Line<\/h2><\/span>\n<p>Duck breast dusted<br \/>\nInto oil pit it jumped<br \/>\nOut with golden brown<br \/>\nBack in pieces<br \/>\nFalling down:<br \/>\nGarlic, Thai chili, onion<br \/>\nDon&#8217;t forget green pepper<br \/>\nFish source<br \/>\nAnd basil<br \/>\nThicken with starch<br \/>\nQuack quack crispy ducky<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients * Duck breast: 1 piece * Vegetable oil * Fish source * Corn starch * Herbs: &#8211;
