Sliced.<br \/>\n* 5 pieces dried shitaki mushroom. Soaked and scored.<br \/>\n* 10 pieces snow peas.<br \/>\n* 3 slices of fresh ginger. Shredded.<br \/>\n* 1 tbsp cooking oil.<br \/>\n* Cooking wine to taste.<br \/>\n* Salt to taste.<br \/>\n* 1 tsp starch in water solution.<\/p>\n<span id=\"Preparation\"><h2>Preparation<\/h2><\/span>\n<p>* Blanch (cook briefly in boiling water) bamboo shoots and mushroom.<br \/>\n* Heat up wok.<br \/>\n* Add cooking oil. Stir fry until golden.<br \/>\n* Add shrimps. Stir fry 2 min.<br \/>\n* Add cooking wine.<br \/>\n* Add bamboo shoots, mushroom, and snow peas. Stir fry 2 min.<br \/>\n* Add salt. Cook for a few min until shrimps are cooked.<br \/>\n* Add startch.
