You can get it from oriental grocery.<br \/>\n* Cooking wine to taste.<br \/>\n* &#8220;Old&#8221; soy sauce (lao chou) to taste.<br \/>\n* Salt to taste.<br \/>\n* Crystal sugar chunks to taste.<\/p>\n<span id=\"Preparation\"><h2>Preparation<\/h2><\/span>\n<p>* Bring to boil enough water to submerge pork shoulder.<br \/>\n* Place pork shoulder into boiling water. Continue boil for 10 min.<br \/>\n* Scoop out pork shoulder and place aside.
