    Ingredients<\/h2><\/span>\n

    * Fish: cleaned and chop into 2cm thickness steaks. Bread in flour.
    \n* Skinned and diced:
    \n– one onion
    \n– one clove of garlic
    \n– one tomato
    \n– one carrot
    \n* Ketchup (15g)
    \n* Mixed sauce (15 ml or gram each):
    \n– soy sauce
    \n– black vinegar
    \n– grain sugar
    \n* Starch (30 ml)<\/p>\n

    Preparation<\/h2><\/span>\n

    * Heat up wok with medium heat.
    \n* Add oil and fry fish steak until golden. Drain in paper towel.
    \n* Leave a tablespoon of oil in wok.
    \n* Add onion and garlic. Stir fry until golden.
    \n* Add ketchup, diced tomato and carrot. Stir fry until soft.
    \n* Add mixed sauce. Wait until boil.
    \n* Add starch and wait until boil.
    \n* Pour over fish steak.
    \n* Garnish and server hot.<\/p>\n
