Drain in paper towel.<br \/>\n* Leave a tablespoon of oil in wok.<br \/>\n* Add onion and garlic. Stir fry until golden.<br \/>\n* Add ketchup, diced tomato and carrot. Stir fry until soft.<br \/>\n* Add mixed sauce.
