GoldenGate Error: Could not open checkpoint file (error 13, Permission denied)

* GoldenGate 10.4.0.19
* Oracle 10g
* Windows XP

* In ggserr.log:

GGS ERROR       500  Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, E_EXT2.prm:  Could not open checkpoint file C:\goldengate\dirchk\E_EXT1.cpe, mode 0 (error 13, Permission denied).

* There was a typo with the extract name in E_EXT1.prm parameter file. It should be E_EXT1 instead of E_EXT2.

* Correct extract name from E_EXT2 to E_EXT1 fixed the problem.
