Easy Pan Sizzled Lamb Chops

 

Ingredients

* 6 x lamb chops, e.g. from Costco
* Salt and pepper
* Fresh or dried thyme leaves
* 10 x halved garlic cloves
* 3 tbsp Olive oils

* 2 tbsp Fresh squeezed lemon juice
* 3 tbsp water
* Herbs of your choice, e.g. parsley, pepper

Instructions

* Season lamb chops with salt and pepper, sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves
* Heat up olive oil in cast iron pan
* Throw in garlic cloves
* Place in lamb chops
* Brown one side for, 3 min
* Brown the other side, about 2 min
* Take out chops and place on a plate

* Pour in water, lemon juice and herbs
* Wait until sizzling, about 1 min
* Pour over chops

* Serve hot
